Yes. One Pawtrait order costs £1. There is no subscription.
What pets can you do?
The launch version is for one dog or one cat per order.
What photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit JPG or PNG showing one pet, with the face and important markings visible. Avoid people, multiple pets and heavy filters.
What happens if my photo is not suitable?
Our automated photo check stops before portrait generation. We’ll email you a replacement-photo link and your order continues without another charge.
Will the portrait look exactly like my photo?
It should remain recognisably your pet, but it is AI-generated artwork and each style deliberately interprets the source image.
Do I get revisions?
Routine artistic revisions are not included in the £1 product. If something genuinely fails in generation or fulfilment, we’ll handle that appropriately.
What do I receive?
A finished 4:5 digital JPEG, currently generated at 1600 × 2000 pixels and delivered by email.
